  • You don't need a barre, a sturdy chair or worktop are perfect! Or join me for an in person class and I'll bring the barre to you!

HELLO, I'M CLARE

Well HELLO and WELCOME to


FLOW & GLOW PILATES!



I'm Clare, a qualified Level 3 Pilates and Barre Instructor offering group online classes, in person classes and private one to one and duet sessions. I can visit you in the comfort of your own home, or you'll find me teaching at my favourite locations on my Class Schedule below.

 I am here to help you feel fabulous and get that Pilates glow on!


My classes are mixed ability and I will always offer modifications so that you can tailor your practice based on how your body is feeling.


I love Pilates and I hope that I can make you fall in love with it too. It's not just a fitness class - you'll find yourself taking the principals of pilates with you, walking taller, feeling more flexible, strengthening your core and increasing your mobility.


I also offer equipment Pilates classes on my Reformer and Wunda Chair from my home studio. Want to know more? Just pop me a message.
